Here's Your Role
You won't just review our work—you'll shape it. Moving through five interactive stations, you'll refine the vision statements and priority objectives for each foundational pillar. Your edits, priorities, and insights will be incorporated into the final roadmap presented at the Housing Summit.

The Housing Summit on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, launches our implementation work—and we want you there. You'll get an exclusive preview of the Summit program and learn about working group opportunities, leadership roles, and ways to stay engaged as we move from planning to implementation.

 Why This Matters to You
The pillars, visions, and objectives we finalize during Workshop #5 will guide Lake County's housing work for years to come. They'll guide policy changes, funding strategies, partnership building, and public engagement. Your voice in this final workshop ensures your priorities make it into that roadmap.
