Dane County Regional Housing Strategy
Home to Madison and several other cities, towns, and villages ranging in size and character, Dane County (WI) recently concluded its regional housing study in 2024. This project united stakeholders under one shared vision — more housing for Dane County. Lake County Housing Analysis
In 2023, Kretchmer Associates was retained by Lake County Partners to conduct a countywide housing analysis to understand demographic and market factors affecting the county overall and its communities.
